The Doblin Ten Types of Innovation is a great framework for inspiration. I like to look at it to help shift my perspective. As you look through it, ask yourself: What would it look like if we did it that way? or: What customer problems could we address by doing things differently than we do today? I find this helps me view a situation from more than one angle.
