The future looks bright! The next generation of engineering students is on top of their game.
I had the distinct pleasure of speaking to over 80 engineering students from Calvin University recently. While it has been awhile since I was sitting in those seats, it was good to share with them a little of what I have learned over the years.
They definitely understand that the future of work looks different than when I graduated. Innovating their careers over and over is going to be a part of their stories.
